Please re-validate the module was properly installed. Within your web server, you should see the following (with each being set to 755):

If everything is setup correctly, you should see the module. I’m certain it’s related to your setup as the module has been successfully installed dozens of times. If you are 100% it is installed correctly, go ahead and clear the cash one more time. If this still doesn’t work, you can try restarting your web server. If you are still having problems, let me know and I’ll provide further assistance.

As far as I know, UK FedEx Freight does not support a XML service rate service.

What is the return policy on this module? Id like to try it out but I am not sure if it will fit the customers needs just yet.

If you purchase the extension and are unable to get it to work within your environment because of some conflict with an existing module, I will help investigate the issue. If I cannot get it to work, I will gladly refund you the total cost. Just an FYI, I have not yet run into a conflict.

I just installed this module and it worked perfect. Took about 15 minutes to setup after I spoke with FedEx and got a RegKey. I am using Magento version 1.5.1.0 with the Ultimento theme by Noam Designs. It really was easy. Thank you for the great extension.
